This service covers the entire process—from installation to calibration—for fully automatic smart locks with sliding covers (featuring motor-driven locking bolts). These locks require precise door alignment and specific gap tolerances; through meticulous measurement and adjustment, we ensure smooth sliding-cover movement, stable motor torque, and sensitive bolt-position detection.
After you place an order, we will inquire about the door material, gap dimensions, and existing lock-hole sizes to assess whether hole enlargement or mounting shims are required. On-site work begins with securing and leveling the sliding-cover base, followed by installing the motor drive module and bolt assembly. Once powered up, we run a self-test to check for abnormal noises or sticking during the sliding cover’s operation.
We use feeler gauges of various thicknesses to measure the bolt extension and adjust the limit switch position, ensuring the bolt engages the strike plate accurately when the door is fully closed. We also verify the anti-pinch safety feature and the emergency mechanical override mechanism. Upon completion, we provide maintenance tips for the motor, such as avoiding overheating caused by frequent, continuous operation.
