Description
This package provides internal clock calibration and access schedule parameter configuration for offline (non-networked) access control locks. Accurate timekeeping is the foundation of time-based access management for offline locks. We synchronize the system with standard time using a management card or programmer and configure distinct access windows for weekdays and holidays.
After placing an order, please provide your desired scheduling rules (e.g., access allowed 08:00–18:00 on weekdays and 09:00–12:00 on weekends). On-site, our technician enters the lock’s programming mode to calibrate the date and time, then inputs the schedules and assigns them to specific user groups. We use test cards to verify access validity at the boundaries of each time slot.
We also configure holiday exception lists to accommodate statutory holidays. Upon completion, we post a schedule rule card in a prominent location near the lock for easy reference by on-site personnel. Should a battery replacement cause a loss of time settings, we will instruct you on how to quickly restore the time using the management card.
