Unless otherwise specified, all payments are one-time transactions:
Fees paid by the customer cover a single service, a specific project, or a one-time technical solution;
Payments do not include automatic renewals, membership subscriptions, or recurring charges;
Any additional services require further confirmation from the customer.
3. Digital Content and Electronic Delivery
Certain services may involve the delivery of information in digital formats, such as electronic documents, technical specifications, configuration files, installation guides, or other digital materials.
If a customer purchases or receives any digital content services:
Digital content may be provided via email, online access, or other electronic means;
Due to the nature of instant delivery, digital content cannot be returned via traditional logistics methods.
In accordance with applicable European consumer protection regulations:
“Once delivery of digital content has commenced, the user waives the right to a 14-day ‘no-questions-asked’ return.”
Before receiving, accessing, downloading, or using the digital content, customers will be required to expressly consent to the immediate commencement of delivery and acknowledge the waiver of their right of withdrawal.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Grant necessary access permissions prior to the start of the service.
Truestrikeinstall assumes no liability for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, inability to access the installation site, or other customer-related issues.
6. Service Limitations
Truestrikeinstall will make reasonable efforts to provide professional services but does not guarantee that all third-party equipment, systems, or network environments will achieve the customer’s expected results.
The software, hardware performance, and compatibility of third-party branded equipment may be subject to manufacturer policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, designs, brand names, images, technical data, and page content, belongs to Truestrikeinstall or is used under legal authorization.
No individual or organization may copy, disseminate, use for commercial purposes, or modify the website content without permission.
