Description
This package covers the complete replacement of aging access control systems for apartment building unit entrances, including the coordinated installation of card reader panels, electric locks, and indoor intercom units. Our system solution is compatible with common proximity card types and supports future upgrades to PIN-based or Bluetooth entry methods, enhancing the access experience for residents.
After the order is placed, we verify the existing system’s power voltage, wiring layout, and available installation space on the door. Upon arrival, the technician disconnects the power, removes the old equipment, and labels the function of each wire. Next, the new system unit is installed, power and control lines are connected, and indoor intercom units are paired and tested sequentially.
Following installation, we perform batch registration of resident cards and assign access groups (e.g., permanent residents vs. delivery personnel). We verify system stability by simulating various states such as calling, unlocking, and line-busy conditions. We also provide management staff with a simplified operation guide covering how to add new resident cards and troubleshoot minor issues.
