Description
This service addresses loosening or rattling caused by vibration during the use of glass door lock bodies. We employ nylon gaskets, thread-locking adhesive, and elastic cushioning materials to securely bond the lock body to the glass clamp, thereby minimizing the impact of door operation shocks on the lock’s stability.
Upon placing an order, please inform us of the door’s usage frequency and any noticeable vibration issues. On-site, the technician will remove the lock faceplate, inspect all fasteners, and replace any stripped screws. Anti-vibration gaskets will be installed at contact points, and medium-strength thread-locking adhesive will be applied before tightening components to the standard torque.
Post-installation, we conduct tests simulating frequent opening and closing to check for any rattling sounds indicating looseness. We also apply anti-impact measures at the contact points between the glass clamp and the door frame. Upon handover, we advise avoiding strong impacts during the initial period, noting that optimal results are achieved after the adhesive fully cures (24 hours).
