The service includes resetting the master password, registering user fingerprints, and generating temporary access codes.
During the initial consultation, we will guide you to prepare the lock’s emergency mechanical key and the correct battery type for the initialization process. Upon arrival, our technician will access the system’s core via maintenance mode to clear data and rewrite basic firmware parameters. Subsequently, we will configure access credentials at various levels—administrators, permanent users, and visitors—based on your organizational structure.
We will register fingerprint or card information individually and verify the validity of each credential for unlocking.
