Description
This service addresses issues such as improper placement or loose mounting of access control readers. Factors like mounting height, tilt angle, and proximity to metal door frames affect sensing performance; our service optimizes these parameters to improve card-reading success rates and user convenience.
Upon placing an order, please specify the mounting surface material (e.g., stainless steel, glass, or wood) and the nature of the issue. We will prepare the necessary mounting brackets, spacers, and anti-vibration pads. On-site work involves removing the old reader, sealing any unused holes, precisely drilling new mounting holes, routing concealed wiring, and ensuring secure connections.
After reinstallation, we test sensing range and response speed from multiple angles to ensure there are no “dead zones.” We also inspect the communication lines between the reader and the controller to eliminate intermittent failures caused by loose connections or interference. Finally, we clean the wall or door surface to restore a neat appearance.
