This service provides network setup and app integration for smart locks that support Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity. We assist in connecting your smart lock to your home or office wireless network, setting up remote temporary PINs, configuring entry notifications, and establishing automation scenarios (such as turning on lights when the door opens). This service focuses exclusively on software and network configuration and does not include the physical installation of the lock hardware.
Upon receiving the order, we require the smart lock’s brand and model, as well as details regarding your router’s frequency bands. We guide you—either remotely or on-site—through entering the lock’s setup mode, connecting to the network, and linking the device to the mobile app. We then configure user accounts, assign access permissions based on specific times and dates, and test the response latency for remote unlock commands.
We verify that alarm functions (such as tamper alerts or notifications for multiple failed attempts) correctly trigger app notifications. We also assist in setting up emergency contacts to ensure SMS or app alerts are received during abnormal events. Finally, we export the current configuration settings as a backup and instruct you on how to modify the validity period for temporary PINs.
