Firmware upgrade for access control control boards

Description

This service provides firmware upgrades for your access control mainboard, fixing known logic flaws and adding new features (such as more flexible scheduling or alarm output options). We do not alter the hardware; instead, we flash a stable firmware version via the programming interface and reconfigure parameters post-upgrade to preserve existing user data.
When placing an order, please provide the control board model and current firmware version number. We will download the appropriate upgrade package and verify its integrity. During the on-site procedure, we first back up the current configuration parameters before flashing the new firmware using a dedicated adapter. Once completed, we restore the parameters and systematically test core functions such as card reading, lock operation, and alarm feedback.
We also check whether the new firmware introduces additional settings and assist you in adjusting them as needed. A firmware update log is provided, detailing the issues resolved and any new features added. The entire process is designed to minimize downtime for the access control system.
